What If I do Not Use All of My Monthly Hours?
If you sign up for one of our monthly support plans, and do not use all of the hours in the plan, the hours will be rolled over to the next month for use.
Are Rates the Same for Weekend and AFter-Hours Support?
If you sign up for one of our monthly support plans, your costs never change and we are there for you 24/7/365.
If it is an emergency, and we are not under contract, night and/or weekend calls require a minimum number of hours.
